R-PODz® are independent spaces for rest and connectivity. These panellised pods are designed and manufactured in wall and ceiling panels off-site, and then joined together on-site. This allows for quick and easy installation with minimal disruption to the selected location of the pods.
At Vyncint Group we cleverly use technology in our independent pods to create portals that can provide comfort and privacy from teams in adjacent work spaces using occupant-controlled integrated systems such as; lighting, media, seating, acoustical panels and privacy-glass walls.
Our two-person design here is based on a sew square footage area per person. The design can be easily adapted for multiples of this space.
R-PODz® is a self-contained temporary structure, which can be adapted to the number of crew required per location and size of the space provided to fit the new pod.

EACH R-PODz®:
Fully fitted to connect to mains power supply, can have HVAC system installed and has allocated seating for resting and sleeping.
Can have its interior fit out fully customisable for branding: colours, logo, signage requirements, etc.
Adheres to the required UK building regulations and safety standards
We have developed a design that is built for comfort. The R-PODz® will provide:
A secure room away from public and other staffing.
Independently controlled lighting within the room.
Facilities for resting, sleeping, washing and vanity.
Adequate space to accommodate a minimum of two and maximum f six personnel.
Individual seating/sleeping facility per person.
Our fully trained and highly experienced installation team will carry out a full survey of the space in which you plan to install the R-PODz® to ensure they will fit in to your selected area, before setting out an installation plan where they will custom install your chosen number of R-PODz®, fully advising on access, utilities and relevant building regulations.
